How to order 

To place an order, click on the Add To Cart button next to the product you wish to order. To return to the shop to purchase more items, click on Continue Shopping in your shopping basket. You can view your basket at any time by clicking on Sow Cart  at the left of the page.  To delete an item in your cart, click on the delete button next to the item you want to remove. You can also change the quantity of the products you've ordered by changing the figure in the Qty box in your cart and clicking on Update. Payment is by credit or debit card only and all orders are processed on a secure server.

Payment Options

Payment is by debit /  credit card or prepayment by bank transfer only. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard  Visa Electron. All card payments are processed on secure servers. Unfortunately we do not accept cheques or postal orders, or any other payment methods.

Most orders placed before 4 pm Monday-Friday are despatched the same day by GLS / General Logistic System's 1st class parcel service.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return or exchange an item, goods should be received by us within 10 days  after delivery. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the person returning the order - it is recommended that you return your goods using Recorded Delivery.

If you wish to cancel your order, you should contact us by email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it as soon as possible after ordering and we will cancel your order and refund any payments you have made. If your order has already been despatched you will need to follow the procedure above.

Returned and cancelled orders will be refunded for the products returned or cancelled. Refunds will be made back to your bank account  within 2-3 days after the  returning of the product.  Return postage costs will only be refunded if the return is due to an error of Nyakkendofutar. We reserve the right to limit the amount of times an order or item can be returned or exchanged.

Any returned products must be in the original undamaged packaging, and the goods should not have been used or damaged in any way. Any returns that do not comply with these requirements will not be refunded. The address for returns can be found on the Contact page and on the bill in your package.

Nyakkendofutar uses a secure server for processing your order. Debit and credit card payments are processed using secure servers. Nyakkendofutar does not have access to your card details and transactions are completed automatically to ensure the security of your card.
